The proximity to the airport is great. You can walk if you want or take the 24 hour shuttle. The staff was helpful and friendly. Rooms clean, with great amenities, having a full size refrigerator, stovetop cooking, and dishes, wow, bed was comfortable, did I say friendly staff, prompt shuttle and clean room? I have stayed in 5 star hotels and not gotten such genuine kindness and helpfulness.

We needed a place to rest for a few hours on the drive to Portland Oregon and phoned Candlewood Suites. A very warm hospitable voice assured us they had rooms available. Upon arriving we were greeted and welcomed. The hotel was warm and clean. The room had a nice kitchen and desk with 2 inviting beds. Our favorite part was the clean bathroom with great water pressure. In the morning we were refreshed and back on the road.

I love it, and I love the staff. There are so helpful. I had come to bury my mom…. And Trail, Oregon the two days that I stayed they were absolutely fantastic with finding everything that I needed because I had not been home since 2010 Medford changed just a tad bed.

Location in proximity to the airport is fantastic. Staff is always really helpful and friendly. Rooms are nice, clean, and quiet. Airport shuttle is great and we've never had a problem leaving our vehicle here. Always our choice to stay here when flying out of Medford.

Location was perfect. It was great to be able to leave our car there when we flew out to Ohio; it was definitely cheaper than parking at the airport. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly ; especially the front desk gal. I would recommend staying there.

The room was clean and comfortable. Loved the simple and nice furniture choices. The room temperature was perfect.

The front desk staff & shuttle driver are excellent. Very helpful, pleasant, knowledgeable. Perfect! We loved the Park & fly option. Superb! The rooms are very inviting with the mini kitchen stacked & ready for tea to cooking a meal. Fantastic!
